What's covered

Every HULISEN tool is covered by a quality guarantee against manufacturing defects — rust on stainless that should not rust, a handle that fails, a finish that flakes under normal household use.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and cosmetic marks from everyday use
• Damage from misuse or from cleaning against the care instructions (e.g. dishwashing hand-wash-only items)
• Cast iron surface changes from normal seasoning and use

How to claim

Email support@hulisen.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. Most claims are resolved with a free replacement.
